Joseph Nespoli of South Wind Consulting brings a strong foundation in residential architecture and renovation, along with hands-on experience designing, planning, and managing construction from start to finish.

 

Joseph attended the New York Institute of Technology, studying architecture and focusing on design, construction methods and materials, concepts, and practical applications. In addition to his education, he has designed and managed the construction of over 1,000 residential homes, giving him a deep understanding of how homes are built, how systems work together, practical understanding of Building Codes, and which details can affect safety, performance, and long-term value.

 

With over 25 years of experience in the design, planning, construction, and management of both new and renovated homes, Joseph approaches every inspection with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. His goal is to help you make confident decisions by providing clear, thorough, easy-to-understand findings and recommendations you can trust.

 

As an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®), I bring industry-leading training, standards, and expertise to every inspection. Joseph holds an Active Florida State Certified Residential Contractor license: CRC1333634. To receive this license, he was required to complete a criminal background check, submit proof of experience, and pass a 15-hour, 3-part Construction competency examination.

 

Joseph also holds an FAA Commercial drone license, allowing him to provide additional perspective and coverage during inspections when appropriate helping ensure you receive the most complete, accurate assessment possible.

 

Joseph has been married for over 20 years, and his wife—an amazing breast cancer survivor—has shown him strength he never knew before. He is the proud father of a beautiful daughter who is married, and who gave him the privilege of becoming a grandfather. He also has an amazing son who was diagnosed with Autism Level III, giving Joseph a unique perspective of the world through his son’s eyes.
